What to do, when I like to appeal to warranty of a product
When you are not satisfied with one of our products, and it is a question of a production failure, do not hesitate to appeal to the warranty of the product. To start the complaint procedure, please send the written complaint to garantie@ergonomique.nl. Mention the reference number, number of delivery note and a description of the production failure. We deal with your complaint within 5 working days and contact you concerning the further steps.
